Recently we just went through a very tough loss for your family. Our cat of 16 years was slowly passing away. After hours of us hoping it would happen at home it sadly did not and we wanted the best for her. Dr. Sonja was absolutely amazing in helping us deal with this sudden and hard time for our family. She walked through every step of her final exam with her answered all our questions. I cannot thank her and her staff enough for the amount of support, care, and respect they gave my mother, son and I during that day.
These vets are wonderful and the techs are too. I learn so much from them about caring for my pets. They all make sure that you understand what is going on with your pet and your options for treatment. Their prices are reasonable and I particularly love that they have wellness plans that allow you to pay monthly throughout the year. It's so much easier to budget for necessary care that way. There are many vets closer to me but I started using Park Grove about 1 1/2 years ago and am glad that I switched.
Been going to Cottage Grove Animal hospital for many years but have not been able to get an appointment there with the only two vets left there that are not flakey (Dr. Jason or Dr. Sarah) because they are always booked up. I took my dog to Park Grove for his wellness exam and had a very positive experience, nothing flakey, just a good old fashioned checkup and vaccine update, quickly in and out with our appointment, super easy and pleasant! I think we found our new vet clinic!
We just moved here and I am so glad I found park grove pet hospital. Everyone here is so friendly. You could tell from every single details that they love animals and care about them! My little pup had traumatized experience from a previous vet elsewhere and got very anxious going to a hospital ever since. All the staffs and doctors here are so professional knowing how to treat a sensitive dog. She quickly calmed down here and even started playing with them.
All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to get an appointment quickly. We've been going to this clinic for a few years. This time we saw a vet I had not met. She was amazing. She made sure my dog was comfortable. She listened closely to my concerns and she came up with a plan to deal with the current issue and to hopefully prevent it in the future. I couldn't be more pleased.
